How AI was used to build Nullwire

In the interest of transparency: Nullwire's website, backend infrastructure automation, and Windows client were built with substantial assistance from Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic. This included writing code, debugging real infrastructure issues, and helping design the system's architecture.

A human — the operator of Lunar Technologies LLC — designed the product, directed every decision, tested it against real infrastructure, and is solely responsible for how the service operates and is maintained. AI assistance was a development tool, not an autonomous operator: no AI system runs, monitors, or makes decisions about the live service or your account.

This AI-assisted approach reflects where Nullwire is today, in its initial build phase. As the service grows, we plan to bring on real software developers to help build, review, and maintain it. We'll keep this page updated to reflect how the team and our development process change over time.

Does AI ever touch your data or traffic?

No. Specifically:

• Your VPN traffic is never logged in the first place (see our Privacy Policy) — there's nothing for any system, AI or otherwise, to analyze.
• We don't run AI or machine-learning analysis on your account data, connection metadata, or any information you provide.
• We don't use your data to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.
• We don't currently use AI-powered chatbots or automated tools to handle your support requests — if that ever changes, we'll update this page and tell you plainly when you're talking to a bot versus a person.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes — for example, if we ever introduce an AI-powered support tool — we'll update the date at the top of this page and describe the change plainly.
